At Smooth Skin Centers, we value the time of both our clients and providers. When appointments are missed or cancelled on short notice, it limits our ability to accommodate other clients seeking appointments. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

24 hours or more before your appointment

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment or No-Shows

​

• A cancellation fee of $35 may be charged to the card on file.

BBL & MOXI Appointments

​

• Due to the extended appointment times and limited availability associated with these services, No-Shows, cancellations, reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50–$100, depending on the service booked.
