We auto-deduct ten monthly payments of $64 and you get get a Botox session every three months with 20 units. Additional units at each session are $8 each. If you prefer to get at least 20 units of Botox every four months, then we'll auto-deduct only $48 each month for ten months. Additional units are $8 each. A $59 annual fee applies.
