Our Mission

Smooth Skin Centers is a cosmetic laser Center, providing over 40 different laser treatments, including skin tightening, permanent laser hair removal, brown and red spot removal, spider vein erasing, and acne. All our laser treatments are FDA-approved. We use the best cosmetic lasers on the market, Candela's GentleYag and VBeam Perfecta.

Our esthetics services, including chemical peels, facials, and microdermabrasion, perfectly compliment the laser treatments. Sanitas, our skin care line, provides substantial nutrition to your skin. By incorporating the esthetic services and the skin care line, your laser treatments will be visibly effective and ultimately rewarding.

For every seven esthetic procedures your purchase at Smooth Skin Centers, you will receive an eighth esthetics procedure for free! Procedures include microdermabrasion, facials, waxing, and chemical peels. Your free esthetics procedure will be valued at the average retail value of the previous six procedures you purchased. Just like our frequent treatment program, we give you lots of reasons to buy from us. For every $250 you spend on Sanitas products, you’ll earn a $25 gift card that can be redeemed towards any laser or esthetics procedure we offer. Wow! Policies and Procedures

Your Appointment

Please arrive for your appointment a few minutes before the time scheduled. This gives you preparation time.

Procedure Preparation

If you use a numbing cream that requires a wait time, please apply the cream to clean skin 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are having a hair removal procedure, please shave the treatment area prior to your appointment. We charge a minimum of $10 for shaving. Feel free to wear any clothing that will make you feel comfortable during your procedure (shorts, tank tops, etc.).

Reservation Fee

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to schedule your first appointment. This fee is 100% applicable towards your procedure fee.

Payment

We require complete payment at your first appointment. If you are purchasing a package, the entire cost of the package should be paid for at the first appointment. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We also offer the option of two finance plans. We do not accept checks.

Financing

We are committed to helping you feel and look your best, and so we offer both CareCredit and Chase Health Advance finance plans to help you meet your budget. Both companies offer you the choice of No and Low interest plans. You get to choose which works best for you.

If you use financing, a 5% service charge of your total bill will be added to your final bill.

Missed, Changed, & Canceled Appointments

We require a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. We reserve the right to assess you a minimum of $35 up to 100% of the treatment fee for a missed appointment or if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without a minimum of 24 hours. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we consider this a missed appointment and a fee may be assessed. This fee may automatically be charged on the credit card number we have on file. In the event this number is not current, the fee will be collected prior to your next appointment.

Procedure Refunds

We do not issue refunds for unused or unwanted procedures. We will be happy to apply a fair credit for unused treatments towards a different similar procedure.

Product Refunds

We’re glad to issue a refund for any unused product, and a credit towards another product on something you’ve tried, if returned within 30 days of the purchase. A restocking fee may apply.

Tipping & Gratuity

A gratuity is evidence that you are appreciative of the treatment you’ve received. Tips are appreciated but definitely not expected.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased anytime in any amount for any reason. Gift cards are transferable, non-refundable, and do not expire.
